Karen Melchiori has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at McMaster-Carr since July 2006. Karen has held multiple roles at McMaster-Carr, including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Director of Publishing, among others, demonstrating a strong background in both operational leadership and strategic marketing. Previous experience includes internships at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2003 and 2004. Karen holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
