Heather Shoham Rossi holds a diverse background in finance and talent strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Finance Strategy & Operations and previously in various roles including Director of Talent Strategy & Recruiting and Senior Manager of Regional Finance Strategy & Operations at McMaster-Carr. Prior experience includes positions as an Equity Research Associate at J.P. Morgan and as a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance at CHANEL, along with serving as a Financial Analyst in Investment Banking at JPMorgan. Heather is pursuing education at Yeshiva University from May 2024 to September 2027 and attended the University of Chicago from March 2023 to March 2024.
