Rhonda Hockenbury has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Superintendent for McLoud Public Schools since February 2017, with a focus on Federal Programs, Curriculum, District Communications, and Administrative Evaluations. Previously, Rhonda held positions as Interim Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, as well as High School Principal for McLoud High School for the 2017-2018 school year. Other roles include Adjunct Instructor at Newman University, ESOL Academic Coach at USD 470 Arkansas City, and High School English Teacher at USD 470 Arkansas City Public Schools. Rhonda began their career as a teacher at Wilson Public Schools, specializing in elementary education. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in ESOL Curriculum and Development from Newman University and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Southwestern College.
