Deborah Locklair is an accomplished Senior Consultant at McLeod Health, with a tenure beginning in February 2003. Involved in several leadership roles, Deborah has served as Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior Vice President, and Regional Administrator, and has been an Administrator at various McLeod facilities. As a Board Member of the Pee Dee Workforce Development Board since July 2019, Deborah contributes to regional workforce development solutions. Additionally, Deborah serves on the board of Healthy Learners, advocating for children's health needs. Previous board memberships include the South Carolina Hospital Association and the SC Chapter of the American College of Health Care Executives. Deborah holds a BS in Health Science from Furman University, an MEd in Counseling from Francis Marion University, and has completed the HR-Executive Suite Connection program at Harvard Business School.
