Krista Schmidt is an experienced professional in human resources and project management, currently serving as a Human Resources Project Manager at McLean Care Ltd since January 2020. Prior to this role, Krista held various positions at Armidale Regional Council from 2012 to September 2019, including Service Leader in Community & Customer Services and Senior Revenue Officer. Krista's earlier career includes roles at Regional Australia Bank as an Accountant and at Armidale Regional Council as a Graduate Accountant and Finance Officer - Accounting Assistant. Krista holds an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management in Organizational Leadership from New England Management Development, a Certificate III in Office Administration and Financial Skills from TAFE NSW, and a Bachelor of Financial Administration in Accounting from the University of New England (AU).
