Charles Kellett is a seasoned attorney and partner at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP since December 2021, with a robust background in commercial litigation and professional liability, particularly involving attorneys, accountants, and insurance producers at both state and federal levels. Prior to this, Charles held attorney positions at Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP, and Wilson Elser, focusing on similar areas of law while also representing the insurance industry in fraud prosecutions and coverage disputes. Earlier career roles include associate attorney at Bonny G. Rafel, LLC, law clerk for the Honorable William A. Daniel at the Superior Court of New Jersey, and various internships that provided a strong foundation in litigation and legal research. Charles holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan, and has international educational experience from The American University in Cairo.
