Yaniv Lushinsky is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where professional experience includes roles as Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, Associate, and Fellow since September 2017. Prior to this, Yaniv served as Managing Editor for the first LGBT rights textbook in Israel and held various positions in the Israeli legal and political systems, including Law Clerk to Supreme Court Justice Esther Hayut and Parliamentary Assistant to MK Zehava Galon, focusing on social justice and LGBT rights initiatives. Additional experience encompasses a Judicial Law Clerk role at the ICTY and a leadership position in the Israel Defense Forces' Intelligence Branch. Yaniv's academic credentials include a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, complemented by coursework at McGill University on Human Rights and Armed Conflict.
