Trudy Lei is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, client engagement, and strategic leadership across multiple organizations. Currently, Trudy serves as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company following a tenure at Gold House as an Advisor and Director of Core Operations. Trudy co-founded the Modern API Employee Resource Group while working at Modern Health and held various roles including Manager of Scaled Accounts and Interim Head of Client Success. Previous experience includes leadership positions in customer success at Quartzy, Inc. and an internship in international marketing at Mioji. Trudy's academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD, an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University, a BS in Genetics from UC Davis, and additional education from the University of Ghana and Groton School.
