Steven Sterin serves as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company since May 2023 and has an extensive background in finance and corporate governance. Sterin is an Independent Director at DuPont, where responsibilities include Chair of the Audit Committee and membership in multiple committees focused on sustainability and public policy, and has served in similar capacities at Kosmos Energy. Previously, Sterin co-founded G & S Energy and held various executive roles at Andeavor, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing key strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes senior financial leadership positions at Celanese, Reichhold, and Price Waterhouse.
