Rondeep Dutta is an experienced professional in compensation and employment relations, currently serving as Director of Global Compensation Digital Initiatives at McKinsey & Company since January 2018, after previously holding the role of Manager for Global Compensation Intelligence and Advisory. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Consultant for Compensation Strategies at Deloitte, Associate Manager of Compensation and Employment at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Compensation Associate roles at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley. Rondeep also served as a Retirement Benefits Associate at JP Morgan Chase. Rondeep holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University, completed in 2009 and 2006 respectively.
