Medha Sharma is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources programs and functions. Currently serving as the Director of Global HR at KiwiTech since February 2015, Medha holds a previous role as Senior Manager of Human Resources. Prior to this, Medha worked as Manager of Employee Relations at Aptara from February 2008 to February 2015. Medha's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from JIMS Kalkaji and an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from SCRIET, Meerut. Medha's educational journey began at Delhi Public School in Noida, where a high school diploma was obtained.
