Maya Chapman is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as the Director of People for the Benelux region at McKinsey & Company since June 2024. Prior to this role, Maya held various HR leadership positions, including Head of HR at IMC Trading from September 2019 to May 2024, and Global Head of HR at bloomon from September 2017 to July 2019. Earlier in the career, Maya worked as Director of HR at Loyens & Loeff from July 2011 to April 2017, and as Manager of Professional Development at McKinsey & Company from September 2000 to June 2011. The professional journey began with positions as Project Coordinator at CEDE and Project Assistant at Fundacion Universidad Empresa de Valladolid (FUEVA), complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
