Mary Parker Aldecoa is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate in Expert Consulting at McKinsey & Company since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mary worked as a Staff Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency from October 2018 to February 2023, holding a TS/SCI Clearance. Earlier in their career, Mary contributed over 4,500 hours as a Volunteer, Staff, and Dean at Lakeshore Camp and Retreat Center, where responsibilities included planning activities for at-risk youth and advocating for their protection.
