Jessica Fan serves as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company since July 2020, where Jessica also held the role of Engagement Manager. Concurrently, Jessica is a volunteer team member on the Industry Programs Committee for Climate Change AI, focusing on the intersection of climate change and machine learning. Prior experience includes Principal Product Manager and Product Manager at QuantumBlack from August 2017 to August 2020, as well as an Analytics Consultant at InterWorks, Inc. from March 2016 to August 2017, where Jessica specialized in data visualization and business intelligence. Additionally, Jessica worked as an Associate and Technology Analyst at JPMorgan Chase from 2012 to March 2016, and as a Summer Analyst in 2011. Early career experience includes an analyst position at Alstom Power in 2010. Jessica holds a degree in Discrete Mathematics from the University of Warwick, earned between 2009 and 2012.
