Imogen Sinclair currently serves as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, a position held since January 2020, after progressing from roles as Associate and Business Analyst. Previous experience at McKinsey included a position as Summer Business Analyst in 2018. Imogen contributed as Access Officer for The Cambridge Union, coordinating charitable initiatives and enhancing accessibility in the debating program. Leadership roles include serving as President of CLIO, the Cambridge University History Society, Vice President of The Cambridge Guild, and Debating Officer for Emmanuel College within the Cambridge University Intercollegiate Debating Society. Additionally, roles involved coordinating charity events with Cambridge RAG and volunteering as a teacher in Hong Kong.
