Haley Cush is a motivated professional currently serving as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company since August 2024. Previously, Haley participated in the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program from February 2021 to August 2024, a prestigious merit scholarship and leadership development initiative associated with Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Haley's experience includes a role as a Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in 2022, insights gained as a RegiStart Advisory Council Board Member from May 2020 to April 2022, and a Policy and Media Intern at The Center for Rural Strategies in the summer of 2021. Additional experience includes an Office Intern position with Illinois State Representative Grant Wehrli and a Summer Intern role with the City of Naperville in 2019. Haley holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Policy Analysis and History from Duke University and UNC Chapel Hill, alongside a study abroad experience in Denmark.
