Caelyn DeSouza is an incoming Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, with ongoing roles as Digital Strategy Director for the Duke Sports Business Conference and Vice President of Finance for the Duke Association for Business Oriented Women. Caelyn is an Investor Training Program Certified Member of the Duke Investment Club and serves as Philanthropy Chair for Scale and Coin Business Society, leading charitable initiatives. Previous experiences include a Valuation and Modeling Internship at Grant Thornton LLP and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst position at Macquarie Group. Caelyn's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Finance concentration from Duke University, complemented by a Spanish minor and an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate. Additional academic pursuits include a Spanish Language Immersion Course at Universidad de Granada and dual enrollment studies at Georgia Institute of Technology.
