Brodie Boland is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where leadership focuses on the intersection of climate and the built environment since July 2013. Additionally, Brodie serves as Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, teaching decarbonization of real assets. Previous experience includes a role as Research Fellow at the New America Foundation and earlier positions at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst. Brodie held several leadership positions at AIESEC, including President of AIESEC International, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations for over 20,000 members in more than 90 countries. Brodie's academic qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in International Business from the University of Calgary.
