Emily Seals is an experienced Technical Editor with a strong background in academic editing and teaching. Currently serving as the lead editor at McKinnon-Mulherin Inc. since February 2020, Emily manages project-based teams and edits internal documentation. Previously, Emily held the role of Technical Editor at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where responsibilities included editing graduate student documents and conducting writing development sessions. Additionally, Emily taught undergraduate courses in technical communication and served as a Graduate Technical Editing Intern and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the same institution. Early experience includes tutoring at Hannibal-LaGrange University. Emily holds a Master of Science in Technical Communication from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hannibal-LaGrange University, along with an Associate of Arts from Mineral Area College.
