Brooklyn Monnat is an experienced educational professional with a diverse background in teaching and diagnostics. Currently serving as an Educational Diagnostician at McKinney ISD since June 2022, Brooklyn previously held the same position at Frisco ISD from June 2021 to June 2022 and worked as a Special Education Teacher at McKinney ISD from June 2016 to June 2021. Brooklyn's teaching career began as a 4th Grade Teacher at Uplift Infinity Preparatory, contributing as a founding team member, and includes roles as an Art Teacher in both Allen ISD and Wylie ISD, where curriculum development and student collaboration were key responsibilities. Additional experiences include serving as Site Director for AlphaBEST and a Behavioral Therapist, alongside academic support roles during a graduate assistantship at Texas Woman's University. Brooklyn holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of North Texas.
