Alpha graduated from California State University Fullerton in 2006 where he studied business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. Shortly after graduating, he started Alcam Medical Orthotics and Prosthetics, an Artificial limb manufacturing company based in Riverside, California. With 15 years in operation the company has grown close to 100 employees and 10 locations throughout southern California and currently the largest African American Prosthetic company in the country. Alpha is also a board member of a California charity known as Excelling Youth Education Scholarship Program (EYES) for children in West Africa. Through personal donations and contributions to the program they are able fund educational opportunities for underprivileged youth in Sierra Leone in hopes of increasing literacy in the country while nurturing existing aspirations for impactful futures. Recently, Alpha was elected president of the International African American Prosthetic-Orthotic Coalition (IAAPOC). The organization provides scholarships, and mentorship of young African American men and women pursuing their dreams of becoming certified prosthetists as well as helping them with their aspirations of becoming independent business owners. Alpha himself is a Board-Certified Orthotist and Prosthetist. He achieves the most satisfaction every time he helps others achieve their goals or become a better version of themselves. Alpha enjoys spending time with his family.
