Suzanna Kelley, FAIA is the Chief Experience Officer and Principal at McKinley Advisors. Prior to that, Suzanna held various positions at The American Institute of Architects (AIA) from January 2003 to December 2016. Before joining AIA, Suzanna worked as a Job Captain at Gensler from May 1999 to December 2002. Suzanna holds a BArch in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Organizational Dynamics and Behavior from The George Washington University School of Business.
