Jacob Paquette has over a decade of extensive experience in human resources and executive compensation, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at McKesson since October 2012. Throughout this tenure, Jacob has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Executive & Sales Compensation and Senior Director of Executive Compensation, showcasing expertise in HR M&A and strategic compensation practices. Prior to joining McKesson, Jacob worked at Equilar from August 2010 to October 2012, where roles included Associate Research Manager and Senior Research Analyst. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
