Deborah Dunsire is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as a board member for McKesson, Syros Pharmaceuticals, Ultragenyx, and Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Dunsire held the position of CEO at Lundbeck from September 2018 to August 2023, focusing on innovative treatments for mental health disorders. Previous leadership roles include CEO at XTuit Pharmaceuticals and President and CEO at FORUM Pharmaceuticals, where efforts were directed toward addressing complex medical challenges such as neuro-degenerative diseases and oncology. Dunsire also has significant board experience from their tenure at Allergan and Takeda, and received a medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
