Brianne Lee is a skilled senior manager with extensive experience in customer and sales support within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of HME Customer and Sales Support at McKesson since July 2013, Brianne directs a team to deliver exceptional support to major strategic clients, focusing on pricing, order management, and customer service. Previously, Brianne held the role of GPO Sales Support Leader, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of health systems and large accounts while leading a team dedicated to customer service excellence. Brianne also managed a Strategic Accounts Team, providing support for multi-million dollar accounts. Earlier in the career at PSS, Brianne served as the Large Customer Management Leader and Membership Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing customer contracts and training staff for program adoption.
