Angela Hansen, PMP, LSSMBB, currently serves as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at SSM Health, managing 84 SSM practices and over 300 providers in Oklahoma, focusing on a clinically driven value-based care model since May 2022. Prior to this role, Hansen was Practice Optimization Manager at Navvis from July 2021 to May 2022 and held multiple significant positions within the United States Air Force, including Director of Division Process Improvement, where management of process improvement capabilities for 157,000 personnel and an $11 billion budget was overseen. Hansen also directed Medical Information Systems and managed the largest outpatient clinic in the Pacific region, demonstrating extensive experience in healthcare administration and process optimization. Educationally, Hansen holds a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Park University.
