Stephane TYC has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry. Stephane began their career in 1989 at Thales, where they worked in Fundamental Research. In 1994, they joined BNP Paribas as a Managing Director, where they were responsible for low latency trading and High Performance Computing, as well as the design of the ALM of Capital Markets and regulatory impact on OTC and listed trading infrastructures. In 2010, they were appointed to the board of directors of the Warehouse Trust Company LLC. In 2012, they co-founded Quincy Data, LLC and McKay Brothers, LLC, where they serve as the Co-founder of both companies. Quincy Data is the leading microwave distributor of extremely low latency market data, while McKay Brothers is a private, independent specialty microwave telecom company dedicated to designing, engineering, building and operating best-in-class low latency networks connecting financial centers.

Stephane TYC received their Baccalauréat S from Ecole Alsacienne, Paris in 1979. Stephane then attended CentraleSupélec, where they earned their Diplôme d'ingénieur in 1984. Stephane then went on to Harvard University, where they obtained their PhD in Physics in 1989.
