Michael Simms has been a director at McInnes Cooper LLP since August 2010. Michael was previously an associate at the firm from May 2002 to April 2006. Prior to that, they were senior counsel, regulatory & compliance at Shell Canada Limited from April 2006 to August 2010. Michael also served as director at Canadian Sport Centre Atlantic from January 2000 to December 2006.

Michael Simms has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Dalhousie University.
