Ted Benson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, talent management, and scientific research in the biopharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations and Talent at Diviner since April 2021, Ted has been instrumental in building a disruptive start-up utilizing a global network of biopharma experts. Prior to this role, Ted co-founded and managed a successful management consulting practice focused on improving workforce performance. Ted's background includes significant roles at prominent companies such as Catalent Pharma Solutions and GSK, where leadership in scientific development and project management led to successful outcomes in drug discovery and validation. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and German from Williams College.
