Alessandra Lupo is currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at McHenry County since July 2023, following an internship role as a Human Resources Intern at Pentair from August 2022 to July 2023. Prior to this, Alessandra gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Lavelle Industries, Inc. from April 2022 to August 2022. Alessandra's professional journey began at The Home Depot, where responsibilities included roles as a Supervising Head Cashier and Cashier from October 2020 to July 2022, along with earlier experience as a Cashier and Customer Service representative at Ace Hardware Corporation from April 2018 to October 2020. Alessandra holds a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, completed in May 2023, and also earned a high school diploma from Wilmot Union High School in June 2019.
