Michael Brichetto

Chief Of Courthouse Security at McHenry County Sheriff's Office

Michael Brichetto has over 40 years of work experience in law enforcement. Michael started their career in 1981 as a Patrolman for the City of Crystal Lake and worked their way up to become a Detective/Investigator, Sergeant of Investigations, and eventually the Division Commander of Investigations. In 2014, they joined the McHenry County Sheriff's Office as a Court Security Officer and later became the Commander of Court Security. Currently, they serve as the Chief of Courthouse Security, supervising a team of officers and ensuring the safety of the Judiciary and Government Center.

Michael Brichetto has completed the 211th session of the F.B.I. National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, without receiving a specific degree or field of study. Additionally, they attended Oakton College, but it is unknown whether they attained a degree or specialized in any particular field during their time there.
