Dulce Bugarin, EIT, is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently employed at McGuire and Hester since July 2017, Dulce has excelled in various roles, including Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes a Project Engineer Internship at Condon-Johnson & Associates, Inc., where Dulce focused on estimating for Bay area projects related to ground stability and deep foundations, along with practical fieldwork in project layout and concrete pouring. Dulce holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an Associate’s Degree in Science and Mathematics from Napa Valley College.
