Mellisa Murdock, CIC, CISR, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Operations Manager at McGriff since October 2019, prior roles include Assistant Agency Manager and Customer Service Supervisor at the same company from November 2016 to January 2019. Mellisa also worked at Regions Insurance as a Customer Service Representative from November 2014 to July 2018 and at Thomas Real Estate & Insurance as a Commercial CSR from September 2013 to November 2014.
