Melanie A. Katzman, Ph.D. is a distinguished founder of Katzman Consulting, where since January 1999, a global consortium of consultants and coaches has focused on enhancing organizational performance through individual capacity building and conflict reduction. As a #1 Wall Street Journal bestselling author, Melanie's book "Connect First" offers actionable insights from a 30-year career in corporate coaching and clinical psychology. Additionally, Melanie serves as a founding partner at Leaders' Quest, facilitating leadership immersion experiences for executives, and has contributed over twenty years as a Clinical Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College, training psychiatry residents. Past roles include co-creating and co-hosting the "Women@Work" radio program, and holding senior consulting positions that address behavior change and competency development in various sectors. Melanie earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Arizona State University, following an earlier degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
