Garet G. currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at McGraw Hill, where responsibilities include managing annual budgeting, strategic planning, and leading a global team of over 200 professionals across multiple financial and operational functions. Under Garet G.'s leadership, a successful sale and leveraged buy-out was executed, achieving over $3 billion in returns and significant cost savings while doubling EBITDA to more than $600 million. Prior to this role, Garet G. held the position of Senior Vice President for Financial Planning & Analysis at McGraw Hill and directed the Deals Practice at PwC, where extensive experience in transaction advisory, due diligence, and capital markets was gained. Garet G. earned an MBA from Texas A&M University and holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, as well as additional education from Copenhagen Business School.
