Kate McGrail is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in representing and advising financial services and FinTech companies. Currently serving as a litigator at McGrail & Bensinger LLP since August 2022, Kate previously founded McGrail Law, PLLC, where Kate worked as a financial services lawyer from October 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, Kate held multiple leadership roles at Murphy & McGonigle from October 2012 to October 2021, including managing partner and chief DEI officer. Early career experience includes positions at Krebsbach & Snyder, Merrill Lynch, ING, and Morgan Stanley, spanning roles from attorney to regulatory analyst and financial advisor. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
