Jessica Plandowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles across the customer service and business management sectors. Currently serving as a Commission Analyst at McGohan Brabender since November 2022, Jessica previously held positions at The Killer Brownie® Co. as a Customer Service Associate and at Professional Sports Catering as a Business Manager and Suites Manager, where responsibilities encompassed accounts receivable, accounts payable, HR, financial reporting, cash controls, and catering operations. Additional experience includes roles at FUSIAN, INC. as a Shift Lead and Jr. Operating Partner, and at Giant Eagle, Inc. in catering. Early career positions at Education First and Target, as well as a foundational role at The Wendy's Company, provided valuable customer service experience and operational knowledge.
