David Waxman is an experienced attorney with over 30 years of expertise in advising clients on legal and business matters related to real estate acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and environmental compliance. Currently serving as an attorney at McGlinchey Stafford since June 2017, David also has a background as the managing member of Waxman Blumenthal LLC from January 2001 to June 2017, where the firm focused on real estate, environmental, and construction law. David is recognized for contributions to the field through numerous seminar presentations and leadership roles, including past Chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Section and Co-Chair of its annual Real Estate Law Institute. David holds a J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law and a B.A. from The Ohio State University.
