Jonas Jeanty, CPHR, CRHA, serves as the Associate Director of Compensation at McGill University since September 2018, where previous roles included Senior Compensation Lead and Senior Compensation Advisor. Prior experience encompasses positions at Desjardins as a Development Advisor for Workday Compensation, and at Uni-Select Inc. and Pharmascience as a Compensation Specialist. Jonas also held the role of Compensation & HRIS Advisor at Aliments ULTIMA Foods inc., and various HR and HRIS coordinator positions at Imperial Tobacco Canada. Early career experiences include roles at Pratt & Whitney Canada, Sears Canada, and the Canadian Space Agency. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Concordia University and a Diplôme d’études collégiales from College Jean-de-Brebeuf.
