Dhanush Srikanth is a Mechanical Engineering student at Vellore Institute of Technology with a focus on Automotive Engineering Technology. Currently serving as a Research Intern at McGill University under Professor Changhong Cao, Dhanush is conducting research on Lithium Sulphur Batteries and Additive Manufacturing while receiving the prestigious MITACS GRI scholarship. As Chairperson of the American Society Materials - VIT Chapter, leadership skills are demonstrated alongside technical expertise gained through various internship roles, including Battery Systems Intern at Volvo Energy, where Dhanush developed machine learning models for battery degradation, and Project Intern at Ashok Leyland, which involved optimizing production processes and designing safety instruments. Experience also includes work at WARAR ENERGY and as a Simulation Engineer at the Centre of Excellence for Autonomous Vehicles Research. Dhanush holds a High School Diploma with high marks from National Public School and a Certificate of Merit in Spy Robotics from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
