Toni Shope is an experienced marketing and management professional with a robust history in strategic relationship building and program development. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at McGill Associates, P.A. since October 2017, Toni leads a team overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies, brand development, and client relationships. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Management Specialist at McGill, Client Services Manager at SAFEbuilt, and Regional Director/Strategic Initiatives Director at the Alliance for Innovation, where Toni managed various aspects of organizational strategy and marketing. Toni's early career as Executive Director of Mecklenburg Sentencing Services involved collaboration with the judicial system to enhance treatment resources for offenders. Toni holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University and has furthered education at Duke University and the University of Virginia.
