Courtney Hayden, MPA, is a Marketing Intelligence Developer at McGill Associates, PA, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of the Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint CRM system. Previous roles include Communications and Marketing Director at the Alliance for Innovation, focusing on connecting local government professionals to transformative content and services, and Communications & Special Projects Coordinator for the Borough of State College, overseeing internal and external communications and managing grant portfolios. With experience as a Website Content Creator for All Treasures Estate Sales, Courtney also has a strong background in environmental service, demonstrated through work with AmeriCorps and various internships in environmental management.
