Dan Miller is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and design within land development and municipal infrastructure. Currently serving as Branch Manager for McElhanney in Kelowna, Vernon, and Salmon Arm since December 2020, Dan previously held the position of Partner and Senior Project Engineer at TRUE Consulting Group, where responsibilities included overseeing land development projects from due diligence to construction administration. Prior roles include Vice President and Branch Manager at RJ Burnside & Associates, and Senior Water Resources Engineer at Stantec, along with engineering positions at Cosburn Patterson Mather and Schaeffers Consulting Engineers. Dan's expertise encompasses residential, rural and urban development, hydrology, and hydraulic design. Dan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
