Pete Banaszak has a wealth of experience in the hydraulic and pneumatic industry. Pete began their career as an Assembly Technician at Ritter Technology LLC in 1987, where they gained expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems, as well as troubleshooting mechanical issues. Pete then joined The Oilgear Company in 1994 as a Systems/CAD Designer, specializing in designing large hydraulic systems and integrated manifolds using solid modeling. At Motion & Control Enterprises, LLC, where they have been since 1997, Pete serves as a Technical Sales Engineer. In this role, they manage a sales territory in SE Wisconsin and focuses on providing technical fluid power products and custom solutions to customers in the industrial market. Their main strengths lie in hydraulic and pneumatic system design, troubleshooting, and project management.

Pete Banaszak earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where they studied from 1989 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance Technician from Waukesha County Technical College, which they attended from 1985 to 1987.

In addition to their formal education, Pete Banaszak holds additional certifications in the field. Pete obtained the Fluid Power Specialist certification from the International Fluid Power Society in February 2000, and the Hydraulic Mechanic certification from the same institution in April 1992.
