Bob Taylor is currently a Senior Advisor at MCE Social Capital. Prior to this, they worked as Senior Counsel at Hogan Lovells from April 2018 to September 2019. Before Hogan Lovells, Bob Taylor worked at the United States Department of Defense from April 2009 to January 2017 where they were the Principal Deputy General Counsel. In this role, they were responsible for the legal aspects of military operations, acquisitions, military personnel matters; fiscal authorities; intelligence policy and operations; litigation; legislative affairs; international affairs; ethics; and military justice policy.

Bob Taylor has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Harvard University. Bob graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School.
