Soha Fatha is an accomplished Instructional Designer at MCE - Management Centre Europe since April 2024, focusing on creating impactful learning experiences by optimizing L&D portfolios and integrating technology. Previously, as Academy Director at EPP from April 2023 to March 2024, Soha led efforts in academy growth and impact, fostering collaborative learning. Soha has extensive experience in instructional design, having developed training programs at Mentor Global Consultants from April 2014 to March 2023, and contributed to portfolio management at Etisalat Academy from May 2020 to June 2021. Soha's earlier roles include positions in engineering and design across several companies, and an education background with a Master's in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor's in Telecommunication & Electronics Engineering from Beirut Arab University.
