Matt Schmeling is a Partner at McDougall Gauley LLP, where a focus on civil and criminal litigation has been maintained since June 2014. Prior to this role, Matt served as an Associate Lawyer at the same firm. Matt's professional background includes experience as an Open Hole Wireline Supervisor at both Halliburton from July 2010 to July 2011 and Weatherford from June 2008 to June 2010. Educationally, Matt holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Saskatchewan, obtained between 2011 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Regina, completed in 2008.
