Frank Sarlo has a strong background in the legal field, starting with their role as a Lawyer at Wishart Law Firm from September 2001 to November 2007. Frank then transitioned to McDougall Energy Inc. where they served as the VP, Legal from November 2007 to present.

Frank Sarlo attended the University of Windsor from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Law. Prior to that, they completed a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from Queen's University, which they attended from 1996 to 1997.
