Tien Tran currently serves as Talent Acquisition and Engagement at McDonald's Vietnam, a position held since July 2018. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the recruitment processes for restaurants while enhancing company engagement through various activities and events. Prior to this role, Tien Tran worked as a Human Resources Intern, supporting recruitment and engagement initiatives, and as a Cross Border Translator at Shopee. Tien Tran holds a Bachelor's degree in Business English from HCM Education University.
