Lucas Foletta currently serves as a Partner at McDonald Carano Wilson LLP, where expertise in legal, political, and policy challenges in Nevada is applied across various industry sectors. Foletta has prior experience as General Counsel for the Office of the Governor of Nevada, advising on legal matters and legislative processes. Foletta also worked as an Assistant United States Attorney, focusing on white-collar crime prosecutions, and as a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court, gaining extensive knowledge in civil and criminal cases. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Southern California.
